How it works …
Step 1 - Assessment.
We begin with a comprehensive AxIT assessment designed to objectively measure your current strength and fitness levels. Using validated performance metrics we can assess:
Strength and force production
Power output
Muscle imbalances
Fatigue resistance
Movement efficiency
Balance

Step 2 - Program Development.
Your results directly shape your training, and therefore, based on your assessment data, and taking into account your access to equipment, training environment, and time constraints, we develop an 8 week training program specifically tailored to:
Target your specific performance needs
Optimise training load and progression
Reduce injury risk
Improve strength, power and fitness
Improve functional mobility, movement and independence
No generic templates - every decision is guided by measurable data.
Step 3 - Time to Train.
Your program is scheduled into the app and you are set to start working towards those goals. Workout with confidence knowing you’ll train with:
Structured progression
Clear training goals
Evidence-based coaching decisions

The app ensures seamless delivery of your program and allows full autonomy to adjust your schedule to suit you.
All exercises come with detailed instruction and video demonstration.
Weekly check-ins, (minimum 1 per week), come as standard, as does the opportunity for video feedback analysis to help keep your technique on track.
You will also receive access to an exclusive information pack full of hints and tips to help get the most out of your program.
You have the opportunity to purchase additional 1-2-1 personal training sessions also held at Tweed Podiatry, Kelso. These are £50 for 45 minutes long and are a fantastic way to help elevate a workout. Please use the above links to book.
Points to note.
Please allow 7 - 10 working days, from your assessment for your plan to be created and scheduled into your diary. We will endeavour, where possible, to start every plan on the closest Monday within that time frame.
Please note that we are not pregnancy or post-partum specialists. We advise that you seek specialist advice whilst exercising during pregnancy, and ask that anyone returning postpartum has undergone a specific return to exercise postpartum/postnatal program.
Please note that you are undertaking the planned exercise at your own risk and that HL Strength & Fitness, and Tweed Podiatry cannot be held responsible for any injury that may occur whilst performing these movements. It is in your best interest to notify your coach immediately if any injury occurs in order for your plan to be adapted to suit your specific needs.
We are aware that injury, illness and general life can occur. We are happy to extend your program by 1 week, (you have unlimited access to your 8 week plan for 9 weeks from the start date), but any further extensions will come with a £8 charge/month. We will inactive access to your plan until payment has been received.
Should you not wish to continue on your strength and fitness journey with us, please note that no refunds can be made. We will continue your access to your plan until the established end-date and then access will be ceased.
