Holly Lackenby - Strength & Fitness Coach & MSK Podiatrist
As the founder of HL Strength & Fitness, Holly combines her expertise as an MSK Podiatrist with her passion for strength and fitness to help clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. With over a decade of experience in sports podiatry, Holly wanted to take her support for patients beyond injury management — creating opportunities where they could develop long-term strength, fitness, and confidence.
She holds a Level 2 British Weightlifting Strength & Conditioning qualification and is currently working towards Level 3, bringing a science-backed yet approachable style to every program and session. As a keen runner and lifelong sports enthusiast, Holly understands the importance of movement for both physical and mental wellbeing and longevity, and loves inspiring others to achieve their goals — one rep and step at a time.
