Looking for that little bit of extra motivation, encouragement, or technique tweak? Then we can help elevate your workout with our 1-2-1 personal training sessions.
Held in our comprehensive private gym space at Tweed Podiatry we have a multitude of kit to keep your sessions exciting and varied.
You can ask to have one of your programmed workouts coached, or ask for something a little different to sneak in an extra workout, (or two), that week!
Please note that these are only available to those already on one of coaching packages.
