An 8 week workout plan personalised to you, your goals and your training environment. Whether an at home based bodyweight plan, a gym based plan or a mixture the choice is yours!
You will be invited to sign up to our app which allows seamless delivery of your coaching package.
A detailed questionnaire will allow us to tailor your plan to you, taking into account your specific goals, training experience and training environment. Choose the number* and length of sessions per week to ensure your plan suits your lifestyle.
Each session comes with detailed instruction and video guidance.
You will also receive access to an exclusive information pack full of hints and tips to help you get the most out of your program.
Weekly check-ins and opportunity for video feedback come as standard to help keep you motivated, accountable and that technique on track.
Optional 1-2-1 in-house coaching sessions can also be purchased.

A further conversation will be had to ensure your new plan continues to help you meet your goals - whether that is something new or a progression of your previous wins.
As before each session comes with detailed instruction and video guidance. Regular check-ins and video feedback opportunity continue to come as standard.
Optional 1-2-1 in-house coaching sessions can also be purchased.

Data-Driven Coaching

An exciting opportunity to get super specific with your workouts.
Our in-house AxIT system provides us with an incredibly powerful platform to assess the strength and power forces producible by every movement and muscle group within the human body. Balance, proprioception, range of movement and much more can also be assessed!
With this tool we can make sure your workouts are spot-on to get the best out of your performance, whether that is day-to-day movement, injury recovery and rehabilitation, injury prevention or achieving maximal athletic performance.

8 week block of home workouts allowing you to train when suits with minimal kit and fuss.
You will be invited to sign up to our app allowing seamless delivery of your workouts.
Receive three sessions per week - adapted to suit all fitness levels.
Each session comes with detailed instruction and video demonstration.
Be part of a group of like-minded people to help encourage and motivate you throughout.

1-2-1 Coaching
£50
45 minute 1-2-1 coaching session.
Ideal for those wanting to take their workouts and training to the next level with added motivation and technique guidance.
Choose to be coached through one of your pre-planned sessions, ask for specific coaching with certain exercises and movements, or ask for an additional un-scheduled session. The choice really is yours!
Sessions take place at:
